Hire For Parties with 30 Guests or More

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total hire charge is required to secure your booking.

The full balance and damage deposit is required two weeks before the event.

I will also ask for a refundable damage deposit of between £75 – £150 (depending on party size)

Hire For Parties with less than 30 Guests

For a party of this size I require full payment to secure your booking.

I will also ask for a refundable damage deposit of £50- £75 (depending on party size and occasion)

Individual items hired, i.e cake stands/ jugs etc only 

For individual items not covered in the £5 per person package. I require full payment to secure your booking. I will also ask for a refundable damage deposit of £50- £75 (depending on value of the items) one week before your event.

Please Note

Booking date will be honoured for seven days without payment. Your date will only be secured once funds are received.

The hire period is 3 days, however this can be extended subject to prior agreement and will be subject to an additional fee of 10% of the entire hire fee for each extra day.

I ask that the damage deposit be made in the form of a bank transfer. The damage deposit will be refunded within 7 working days. However if my collection is returned and items are missing or damaged then this will be deducted from the deposit and I will return the remaining amount. Indemnity

In the event of cancellation then 50% of the total hire cost will be retained. Any breakages will be deducted from the £50 – £150 damage deposit.

Liability

Holly’s Vintage China Hire takes no responsibility in the event of any injury to any party through breakages of any equipment or any other accident during the hire period. I take no responsibility for any claims that arise from any event concerning or involving items hired from Holly’s Vintage China Hire.
